1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Hareetech Development Software Company ("Hareetech Development"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Services
Hareetech Development offers software development services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, and custom software solutions. The specifics of the services will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Project Agreements
For each project, Hareetech Development and the client will enter into a project agreement that outlines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and any other relevant details. These project agreements will be binding and take precedence over these general terms and conditions.
4. Payment
4. Payment Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Hareetech Development reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the software developed by Hareetech Development will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the course of the project. Hareetech Development will take reasonable measures to protect client data and proprietary information
7. Warranties
Hareetech Development warrants that the software developed will conform to the specifications outlined in the project agreement. However, Hareetech Development is not responsible for issues arising from third-party components or modifications made by the client or other parties
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hareetech Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement for material breach by the other party. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
11. Amendments
